We offer a range of fitness classes and small group sessions to help you stay active or get into exercise.  Our classes are predominantly circuit based so you can join in whatever your ability or fitness level. We try to make every one fun and as varied as possible so you are doing different things each session.

Boxing Fit

 Our weekly Boxing Fit Classes are delivered by a Hatton Academy Qualified Instructor  and are designed to be high intensity and keep you moving throughout the session.  
The classes are constructed  around boxing style exercises and punching combinations to provide a great full body resistance and cardiovascular workout.
  

Classes are delivered in person  at our private gym with groups of up to 6 people each lasting around 45 min.

In Person & Online Circuits 

Small Group & Specialised Circuits
If you don’t fancy or can’t make one of our scheduled classes then this option allows you to book a class or circuit session at a time to fit in with your day. 

You can be guided through one of the workouts from our weekly classes or select a more personalised option to fit in with your own goals or equipment you have available. 

The added flexibility of these sessions allow them to be delivered in person; face to face, or virtually via Zoom, Skype, FaceTime and Messenger. 

We can also take our personal training and 1 to 1 circuit sessions outside, so if you fancy blowing the cobwebs away and improving your mental health in these difficult times getting out of the house to exercise is a great way to do it.

*Small Group and Personalised Sessions are charged at a higher rate than the regular Zoom classes as more time is spent on programming due to client needs and the ability to give greater feedback on exercises and techniques.

 Standard Circuits 

This is great if you want to get active and exercise in your own time.  
This option allows you to choose any one of our timetabled online Zoom Classes and have it delivered in person either online or outside (public space).  
This means that you will benefit from a more personalised approach as the trainer is more able to focus on what you're doing compared to a larger group setting.

 Specialised Circuits 

If you are looking to exercise but would like to work on a specific area of fitness or need more specialised  training then this is the best option for you.
For example, you might want to improve your skills, balance or wellbeing.
We offer specialised training options for Heavy Weights, Senior's Fitness and Women's Health including a Core & Pelvic Floor Programme (delivered over 4 weeks / sessions, each session charged at hourly rate stated below).

Minimum 1 - 2 People at £20 ph / Maximum 4 People extra cost per person

 Group Circuits 

This option is great if you want to get together with some friends, improve your fitness and have some fun while you exercise.  
These sessions are generally circuit based and are high intensity, although you can work at your own pace while still being encouraged to challenge yourself.
The circuits can be varied each time so there is normally something for everyone.
