If you don’t fancy or can’t make one of our scheduled classes then this option allows you to book a class or circuit session at a time to fit in with your day.
You can be guided through one of the workouts from our weekly classes or select a more personalised option to fit in with your own goals or equipment you have available.
The added flexibility of these sessions allow them to be delivered in person; face to face, or virtually via Zoom, Skype, FaceTime and Messenger.
We can also take our personal training and 1 to 1 circuit sessions outside, so if you fancy blowing the cobwebs away and improving your mental health in these difficult times getting out of the house to exercise is a great way to do it.

*Small Group and Personalised Sessions are charged at a higher rate than the regular Zoom classes as more time is spent on programming due to client needs and the ability to give greater feedback on exercises and techniques.
